  • There will be hard times and times you will want to give up and "just last sweet", take this journey day by, if you slip, dont give up, but get back on track with next meal and you WILL DO IT!!
  • Most of my goals are craft based :D but regards weight, i think i wouldnt mind to swap ~ 10 lbs of fat with 10 lbs of muscles, i like the way i look now (i was lighter in one stage, but looked gray and unhealthy), but still have some "wobbly" parts. So thats my next year's goal.
  • I dont track sugar seperatly, but carbs are low for me, protein high, cause in breastfeeding. But i dont drink juices - i prefer to use those 100 kcal/glass for tuna etc.
  • Have a look at Victoria Beckham poses, i think she is really good in posing, she always keeps the same for perfect pictures.

  • i dont have scales, just wii :D so i dont know if its any different, but whats important for me - that im loosing wheight, doesnt matter 2 or 4 lbs, as long as its a "loss". I have my board on carpet (but i tried it on coffee table :D and results were the same, so short carpet doesnt make difference), so i try to stick…

  • I was the same first two months (i have 4 little ones, one of them breastfeeding), had to eat at least 2 slices of bread with something, then i swaped one bread with salads and fruit - i get more iron (tomatoes) and protein (fish, chicken), loads of vit C (salads and fruits) and since then i actually feel more energetic…

  • Green leaves (salads) + smoked marcrel/smoked salmon/tuna in brine (without brine) + fresh cucumber/tomatoe + Furikake (seasoning, japanese, with toasted sesamee seeds and seaweed) + Ume plum sauce (tastes like salty water, not vinegary at all) + you can add peppers if you like plum sauce…

I dont eat products with lactose, cut out most wheat products (there are still couple…
  • Looks like you relaxed (as everything what caused stress, sorted out great), so you body desided to relax too. You are just mean and dont want it to have fun. LOL You know 18lbs in 8 weeks is quick drop, so you will need to stay here for a while, while you will learn to eat small for life.
