Happy Mothers Day to all Mummy's today :happy:

Hope we all have a healthy happy day :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

One thing to remember is it is just one day and if we do happen to go over on calories or eat something that we wouldn't normally, IT'S OK!!

Tomorrow is another day, just enjoy it and get back to the job in hand tomorrow :happy:

    Boy wasn't I confused when I saw this thread! :huh: I checked your profile and see that you're from England. Guess it must be Mother's day THERE. So Happy Mother's Day to you. :flowerforyou: But here in the US, it's not till May 9th.

    Happy mother's day to you too. Will try to have a reasonable calorie controlled day but oh dear - my daughter's present to me is a Bradford Bakeries hamper with shortbread, cookies and sultana cake. I'm going to try to have just occasional dips into it and limit the damage that way!
