I ride endurance, and those ride and tie people are CRAZY. I admire them. Not a fan, really. I've ran into plenty of horses that were "trained" using Parelli/Natural Horsemanship and they were brats. I will come back and elaborate later, I have to get ready for work. I just log my exercises at the end of the night. I finish all my food, go and add in my exercise, then complete the day. I wait until right before bed.

In higher doses it has been used for weight loss in obese patients. I used to screw with my dosage, and triple the amount in order to get the effect...yeah, that wasn't the brightest thing to do. It can help curb a bit of appetite, but I've noticed it isn't enough to make much of a difference.

Good for you! I'm doing the same! Cantaloupes are AMAZING this year, at least the ones we're getting in Cali. I just bought a couple baby watermelons, and they were pretty good as well.
