I used 3-lb weights. After the 30 days, I started again using 5-lb weights. That's a killer!! x(0

I used 5 and didnt really feel anything with the bicep curls but nearly die with the anterior raises (shoulders kill). I think I may use 8 lbs for bi's and use 5 for the rest.0

The first time I did the 30DS was when I was 280ish pounds. I used 2 pound weights. Now, I'm using 4 pound weights for half of it, 8 pound weights for the other half. (5 days of level 1 with 4's, next 5 days of level 1 with 8's, etc.)0

started yesterday and I use 8lb for everything except shoulder raises, which I use 5 for.0

This is the first time I've done it. I'm almost done with L2, and have been using 5 lbs. My arms feel like they are going to fall off by the end lol, but I have noticed a huge difference in my upper body strength and arms since starting.0
