I made it 3 days!!! It was hard today but I took it one mi ute at a time from 2:30 -4:00 but I drank a lot of water and veggies. I am not sure I miss drinking as much as I miss the habit of drinking. Kale and greens salad with 4 oz turkey and steamed mushrooms. I put the warm turkey and warm mushrooms on greens for a wilted salad. I then have a yogurt for dessert

Carbs r ok even though I refrain from over doing them. Cut out the bread basket at dinner, use low cal or smaller bread on sandwich. Past only once a week and use whole wheat. U don't have to cut them out but cut down!!!

It takes. Few weeks to not react to feeling hungry. U don't want to be starving then overeat but, u probably r used to eating when only a little hungry. I think of hunger as a good thing. I know I am following my plan. I eat a lot of veggies when hungry and drink tons of water. It will get better

I did it!!! Two days down. Feeling good. Had a nice bath, dinner, a little TV and now off to bed. Eating a ton of veggies. Every time I want to drink, I eat carrots, cauliflower peppers etc. I guess better than wine!!!

It is my alcohol witching hour. 2:00 is my old time to start to drink. I just read all these posts and am ok. No wine in house and I am going to take a hot bath. I did exercise this morning so I am doing good. Food intake great. I will send note later that I made it.

If I have a little, I want it all. I know it is hard but I just say NO. Get up from table and do dishes or leave the room. Once u do this a few times, they will leave u alone. One thought, r they really trying to sabotage u beacuse they r jealous of your goal to lose?

Cauliflower mashed potatoes is great. I boil soft the cauliflower, use Greek yogurt and skim milk to smooth it in mixer. Mmmmmmm good

You will get better at it. Right now not only r u doing something u have never done, u have to pay attention to the moves. Once u know what is going on, u can focus on the exercise. It will get easier.

Okay, I did not make it this weekend. But I am wine free today. I will keep posting all wine free days. Exercised, ate clean. Lots of veggies and water. Actually feel full both literally and emotionally.

I think u make a good point. Maybe I need to get some help with the alcohol addiction. Thx for this thought. I was using weight loss as an excuse to stop drinking. But I have it backwards. I need to stop drinking and the weight will come off.
