you look FANTASTIC! you should be proud!

great article; i love how diverse everyone's motivation is. just goes to show that there is not a beauty "standard". :]
-
no weight loss difference for me, just really bad heart palipitations and vomiting. yeah, not very glamorous.
-
thanks for sharing this. it's a great reminder that the daily choices we make DO matter... even if we don't see a continuous falling number on the scale. totally normal to see it go up and down - the TREND is what matters. :]

diurex + QUALITYH20 all the way for me, baby.

i weight daily, since i feel that it keeps me en pointe. minor fluctuations don't bother me all that much. it's when i cease to step on the scale every morning that i allow myself to fudge a bit. i'm also motivated by both a gain and a loss, though. :]

ha, i LOVE pizza too. : X i get annoyed with so many of the ads on this site that i've learned to block it out. i try to remember that the ads are how the site stays free, so they can't really control (specifically) the content in those spaces. but feel free to vent girl, it's annoying!

yes yes yes you look awesome!

the pics are proof that you're doing it right! great job on your loss. slow, sure, and steady is the best way to keep it off.

LOL, amusing but gross... glad i'm eating appleSAUCE today, :]
-
wow, you look great! congrats on your loss!!

hahah, i have no sense of smell; this product would be a moot point for me. sounds like a cool idea, though!

thanks for the tip, ericaroo : ] has anyone noticed the healthy choice frozen meals being LOTS cheaper than the others? they also have fewer ingredients than other frozen meals, which i LOVE. i eat them every day at work and have no trouble keeping my sodium down for the rest of the day so that i'm not consuming massive…

8798+ my 10=8808! Great thread!

hey there - i really don't think that it makes a difference when you work out. whichever coordinates best with your schedule is what you should stick with. that being said, working out in the morning is a great way to set the tone for the choices you'll make throughout the rest of the day. also, there's been studies done…

yeah, i've heard diabetes... not to freak you out, though.

yesterday @ target; ran to the store for some soy milk ; ) WWTLTY you spent an entire day watching episodes of a television series?

i've heard lots of bad things about the depo shot. never tried that bc, but i did use the bc pill, the patch, and a few months ago had the mirena iud put in. up until getting married, i never used birth control for pregnancy prevention, as i have never been sexually active prior to my marriage with my husband. my bc was…

welcome, and congrats on your marriage! be wary of the "i love my husband" weight. it's good you're attacking this head on early rather than later. i gained like 15 lbs in a year (went from 135 to 150) because i ate whatever my husband ate. we both eat extremely healthy; my problem was portion control. you'll do great and…

as someone who struggles with legs as well, i wanted to reaffirm that YES, your thighs are definitely smaller!
-
@jogging you might like dexter then! :] @suzi i watched that for a little while, but it's almost depressing!
-
could you be ... pregnant? maybe you're collecting water and need to drink more to help release it?
-
I was just playing round with my webcam/Photoshop with mine. I took it about three or four weeks ago, so it's pretty recent.
-
so you did a total of 2 sessions? if so, then go with that last hrm amount.
-
yes, it's normal to gain weight or stay theh same. muscle holds water to repair the tissue damage that training inflicts. in addition, your body increases glycogen stores when beginning to train. this is probably what is going on for you right now. fyi, because a lot of people seem to think they're putting on massive…

x100000000 what balfonso said.

i'm on the mirena, so i never know what to expect. ._.
