Hi I'm 5'1" and my goal weight is 110. I am currently at 139 and I struggle the most with making time in my busy life to workout. But I have lost about 15lbs since the new year mainly by watching what and when I eat as well as trying to walk/jog as much as possible.

I don't know if amy of you have heard of turbo jam. But i use to do it and it is a great calorie burner. I haven't done it recently but thats pure lazyness. It really does work great.

I would love the challange. Please let me know what i need to do. I need both exercise and my food intake challenged. My goal is to lose 30lbs by June. Hopefully this will give me the push I need. I"ve never done one of these before so hopefully I hear back.

I know how you feel. I work in an office also and there is always food here. And we order out everyday for lunch. But I just do my calorie count for the day and it seems to work for me.

For all of you that answered that I am also in the same boat. I am a 27 yr old that has 35lbs to lose and i'm not quite sure what to do to acheive that goal. I workout and eat right as much as possible but I lose that drive quite often. Feel free to add me to the list of projects :happy:

So i talked to my athletic trainer and she said the same thing. I would have never guessed, just when i was thinking i needed to incorperate more fruits to boost my weight loss. Good job on getting informed!
