If you're referring to belly fat, it takes a long time to lose the last bit. 5'5" and 117.8 lbs currently, and I still have a bit of fat over my abs. You've had kids though, if you're referring to any loose skin that may not be fat, there's probably nothing you can do about it. I've also had ladies in the gym ask me how I…

Lean, high quality "lunch meat." Im not talking prepackaged stuff in the fridge section thats cut an pressed to shape. Boar's Head is a good brand but most things you get in the deli at your local grocery store are better than prepackaged. I usually get roast beef or chicken or turkey. All protein and low cal. Also,…

I'm 5'5" and 118 and I have a problem finding clothes. Even Hollister pants are getting a bit big. Always too baggy in weird areas. But I don't think I'm short enough to fit into petites.

I usually walk into the gym looking ok and walk out looking like a drowned rat...I do work and get sweaty

I've had people say, "you're too skinny" or "if you lose any more weight you'll be too skinny" or "you're sooooooo skinny." They're all irritating. Just don't comment on my weight and I won't comment on yours, how 'bout that.

This was happening to me for a long time because of a backpacking injury and I started to do a lot of exercises to strengthen glutes specifically and the pain went away for good.

It looks like you are the same height as me, I'm 5'5" and currently 118.6 and don't have a "flat" tummy. I still have some fat on top of my abs, and I have "toned" legs but I tend to carry most of my weight in the upper half of my body and lose it in my lower half first. If you don't already do strength training I would…

I was using the bench press next to 2 bros who were talking about some lady they both knew, and one of them literally starting dry humping the air while he was describing what he did to her. People will be people. A lot of people don't have any manners. Switch gyms or live with it. I'm not trying to be rude, but offense is…

At 5'5" and 155 lbs you should probably commit to gaining muscle or losing fat. I was 145 (I'm 5'5") and lost 25 lbs and am now currently lifting heavy and eating a slight deficit and am seeing both strength gain and fat loss, the fat loss is just super slow and I can't increase the weight on my lifts as fast as I could if…

1. I have a thigh gap 2. I did not strive for it 3. I'm perfectly f***ing sexy with my thigh gap, this thigh gap runs miles and miles every week, and it does weighted pack work outs that most people couldn't imagine doing 4. You can be "fit" and "skinny" 5. Your preference for what is sexy means nothing to the rest of the…

Every body works differently, I didn't eat breakfast during my first 20 lbs lost. I started eating breakfast because I didn't want to lose as fast as I was, and I'm still losing weight. I also used to eat dinner as my biggest meal of the day, being about 700-800 calories out of a 1300-1400 calorie day. And I lost weight…

That one game that's super old that I used to play on my grandpa's Mac, something about, "into the manhole" or something.

Wait...doctors are prescribing this crap to people? Like, for a medical purpose? Or because people are complaining that it's too hard to have self control and exercise?

Quick things you can buy to microwave are an option, they sell bagged veggies that steam in the bag in microwave. Pop them in and keep playing. Unbuttered popcorn for quick snack, or veggies and dip. I keep fruits on hand that I can grab here and there. Basically when I don't want to leave the computer/console because of a…

I'm 5'5.5" and 122 lbs and I'm looking to get down to about 115 before I begin to build some more muscle. My family is the same way as well, it's hard when family doesn't support you. I'm here if you need anything :)

There are non dairy yogurts you can try if you want to continue eating it. Coconut yogurt is super low in calories (and consequently protein) and greek almond yogurt is fairly low in calories and has a good amount of protein.
