Love my charge HR, the only time I take it off is to shower or charge it. I love that it catches my sleep (cause I barely sleep sometimes) & I love to see the steps throughout the day along with the heartbeat & such. I also love that I don't have to remember to put it on during exercise that way & it tracks that time for…

I've been a member for a while but I'm more recently trying to get more involved & have found most of my friends have gone dormant so I need some that are more involved so there is more of that 'support' sort of feeling that you can really get out of this site:-) I've got lots to lose so the more the merrier!

I hear ya on how & what you are feeling. I know weight can be a big deterrant however at this point what you really want to focus on is getting the hypothyroidism in control. Once you & your doctor figure things out & you, hopefully, get put on a prescription to level out your hormones things will definitely get better…

That's so awesome! I've tried the program so I know how difficult it can be, KUDOS to you!! Needless to say I myself didn't get far myself and now I'm having foot/ankle issues so I may not get back to it anytime soon so I envy you (in all good ways) :-)

Thanks to both of you. I do have old injuries, my ankles have been sprained many many times and recently so I probably have that plus some tendonitis type stuff going on! I do have some different shoes which help and the rest also does:-)

I keep it hidden cause I simply don't really want feedback on what I eat or how I eat it or whether I track consistently or not. That's more my tool to use as I feel fit and if/when I get to a point where I'm not losing or I feel I need a kick in the butt in that area I'll share it but until then I use it more to get me in…
