I would recommend the IPod nano w touch screen. Its a little cube and it has a built in clip. Weight nothing. and clips right on to your shirt. I LOVE love love mine. Plus if you already have had and Ipod, it will be easy for you to transfer your music thru Itunes.

I cant see your food chart but make sure you are NOT drinking your daily calories. And go for a walk. Get your body moving. Dont sit and think about it. The more you move the more you burn the more you can eat.

I'm no expert but it seems to me...that you have no really solid food after lunch time. Then your body has to finish the day and night before it gets anything it can use to fuel itself. If you ever get that hungry your putting your body in starvation mode and that is not good.
