I'm so glad I found this thread - I've been a binger for about a year and a half now and (not so) steadily gained 2 stone (28lbs). I gave up anything sweetened (well that i know is sweetened) and switched all my "low fat" "low calorie" etc yoghurts and things for the full fat options (only exception is milk where i stick to semi skimmed as obviously this isn't sweetened anyway!)..since doing this I've felt so much more full, lost more weight and stuck…

I hate to be one of those people blaming weight on BC, but honestly I just came off Marvelon and my binge eating has disappeared (touch wood)....it suddenly occured to me that it was when I went on Marvelon instead of Mycrogynon that I ended up stuffing face and not sticking to my calories for longer than a day. Breakfast: cup of coffee with skimmed milk, 2 ham & egg white cupcake things with baked beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and asparagus Lunch: coffee again, 2 slices of ham, cabbage, brocolli, cauliflower and tomato ketchup Dinner: Quorn fajitas, I have one wrap and then use the rest of my filling using lettuce as a wrap...tasty…

I always have trouble sticking to my calories when I get the late night munchies, it's like i lose motivation after 6pm! However posts like these help me keep on track because you're all so inspiring!!! Well done!!

Snap! Went to Cyprus for two weeks, didn't completely binge but did eat a lot of baked goods and fried breakfasts...got back on monday 10lbs heavier and now almost back down to my prevacay weight after only sticking to calories for 2 days!
