Well done!

Destiny is really good since update 2.0/The Taken King. It's a grind, but an enjoyable one. Mainly playing NBA2k16 now though

I was obese, so when I first started MFP those 20 lbs came off in a month. Those were the easy lbs.

Left is now, at 193ish lbs. Right is about 3-4 years ago, at about 300 lbs. I have about 30 more lbs to lose.

Awesome job!

I just wish I had known about MFP sooner. Also, that I had looked in to FitBit sooner.

Tell your mind to look at the photo evidence, because you look great. Good job!

The biggest thing for me is the increase in energy. I actually enjoy walking and hiking now. For 10+ years, I refused to go anywhere that involved stairs or walking more than a block. Now I walk 5+ miles every single day, and even go hiking for fun.

Very inspirational!

This is a great thread. It's cool to see what started people's life changes. Seeing a 3 as the first number on the scale. I hadn't weighed myself in a while. I got on a scale at my mom's house just to see what it would say... 301 lbs. That was the final straw. I went on a crazy unhealthy 1200 calorie diet and got down to…

105 lbs total. From 2010 or so until now. It has been in 2 big chunks: 70lbs of it in 2010 and 35 or so of it in Feb-May of 2014. I am trying to lose 26 more to get to my goal, and from there I will either keep losing or enter maintenance depending on how I feel. I am hoping to be done by summer 2015!

I only wen't about 300 cals over on Super Bowl Sunday. Pretty damn good for me.... I bet I've consumed 7000+ calories in years past. #winning

I started at 300lbs some years ago. Got down to 230 on my own. Started MFP in 2/2014 at 230 and got down to 200 by June and have been maintaining since. Now I'm ready to lose the remaining 35 or so lbs to get to a healthy BMI. This pic is 270 to 200. I'll be back when I get to 165-170 or so! Thanks for the inspirational…

You rock!

Very cool thread. I'm halfway through and the comments have started, but I don't see much difference. Looking forward to getting it done.

This is so inspiring. I've experienced a funk recently because the weight loss has slowed significantly. But this is such awesome proof that while it may take a few years, the results are so worth it. You look like a different person altogether. Amazing!!

Hilarious. Congrats!

Just my face. Before: 270ish. During: 195. My highest was 300, and current is 192.

That's the danger for me... after a big 10+% craftbeer, I often want a giant burrito or a whole pizza. Haha. Took me months to learn to control those urges.

Just drank a whole bomber of Epic's Galloway Porter last night. The night before it was a Ten Fidy from Oskar Blues. You just gotta plan your day in advance. I hit my protein goals every day as a vegetarian with a 1450 calorie budget with about 180-300 of those cals going to craftbeer daily. It's very do-able. One thing…

Did you even read this thread? Try an American craftbeer. You'll wish you could live here and be a part of the American craftbeer explosion.

Dude knows what's up. My favorites: Oskar Blues Ten Fidy Oskar Blues Old Chub Oskar Blues Dale's Pale Ale (OB rules) Squatters Hop Rising IIPA Deschutes Fresh Squeezed IPA Stone Ruination IIPA Odell Myrcenery IIPA Lately, Uinta's session brews have been doing it for me. At 4% ABV, they're a good brew for those days where I…

He has a very dramatic presentation style in his videos which makes me laugh a bit, but he's an awesome success story. He is a member here, but I can't remember his username.

Thanks so much, everyone :)

You're rocking it, mfp buddy. Looking awesome. Keep it up!

Wow. Like others have said, this is NOT a semi-success story. This is a full-on-I-bet-she-regrets-her-choices story. Not that it's what you were going for, but yeah. You've inspired me big time. Awesome work!

I love it. I get a foot long veggie sandwich with american cheese and sweet onion sauce for only 600 calories and $5. Packed with flavor. Like any food chain place, quality will differ between stores. All 3 of the Subways close to me always have fresh bread and veggies. Sure, there are better sandwiches at delis. But the…
