Thanks for the response. Using the scale is really easy. I'm just finding that the data on the scale varies from the data on MFP and I don't want to have to manually input everything. Was hoping there was an easier way to do this, but it doesn't sound like it.

bodbot.com is a great site that will make customized workout plans based on your goals, equipment, how hard you'd like to workout etc. Give it a shot! Lots of variety! And there's an app which makes it convenient and reminds you of your scheduled workouts!

skinnytaste.com has awesome, simple, healthy and inexpensive recipes.. and you can import the recipes right onto MFP for easy tracking!

The one thing about soup to be cautious of is the sodium content.. make it from scratch if possible!

The egg McMuffin (ham, egg & cheese) from McD's I believe is only 290 cals...I'm sure everything else is quite high though. I'm not a fan of plain oatmeal unless I mix in berries. Apparently if you mix in chopped apple and cinnamon it's quite delicious.

Has anyone found a low-fat cheese string that is also low sodium? It's mind-blowing how much sodium those little things contain! I'm also finding that MFP is very limited on sugar intake as well, making it difficult or even guilt-inducing to eat more than one serving of fruit each day :S

This happens to me all the time! My weight fluctuates 5-10 lbs weekly...I'm actually speaking to my doctor about this tomorrow!

I tried both P90X and Insanity, and both were very hard on my knee (had reconstructive surgery in 2011)..I wish I could do either though - they're both intense!!

There are tons of fantastic routines on Pinterest. Some require equipment, some dont'!
