  • Had a very busy weekend so I didn't have a chance to check-in but my weight was 147 which is 2lbs away from my ultimate goal, YAY!! Ran my first 5K on Sat in 35:22 not too bad but my next one in Oct WILL be better!!! Hope everyone is having a good day, Monday's are tough but it's almost over!!
  • I actually had the exact same thing last Friday, I didn't know what was going on!!! I don't remember pulling abything but my pain was deep inside the left side of my chest, so weird!! It's gone now so that's good!! Hope your is on the mend as well!

  • If you don't want to get a HRM then you can just enter in the amt of time you spent walking and the amt of time you spent running on the exercise page and MFP will combine them for your total burn/time.

  • I am soooo with you all, I am a HUGE late night snakcer!! I generally don't go to bed until aroung midnight but I will stop eating at 8:30ish and call it a night (I usually sit and enjoy a snack after the kiddos go to bed at 8p).
