I'm confused about calories burned.....
So I use the guided weight loss on here but I am having an issue with the calories burned. When I plug in my exercise my actual calories burned is usually double what the projected cals on here are. I am a little confused.....MFP is telling me that my daily calories should be around 1620 but a few different sites I visited said I should be consuming around 1480-1540.
