  • I bought it a few weeks ago and I really like it. I also have the Wii Zumba and I like the DVD's better. There are several workouts with different length DVD's. It is a fun workout and I sweat like crazy. I like the "Ripped" workout the best but the Zumba sticks are too light.

  • I would go for the Ben and Jerry's Smores ice cream that we have in the freezer. OMG it is delicious but if I allow myself to eat some, I measure out a 1/4 cup. With 300 calories you could have a whole serving of 1/2 cup. The PB and wheat toast is a much healthier way to go though.
