Clear up to a straw color is showing you are getting enough water per day (Note some medications can cause a darker urine, so if its a darker yellow and your getting in enough water ask your Dr. about your meds)

If you feel she is doing drugs and will continue with that behavior then by all means contact social services and voice your concerns. They will investigate but no guarantee that anything will be done, most of the time the system wants the children to be with there mother, it is what it is.

I think it's impossible to stay under sugar, but as long it's from natural sources I wouldn't worry about it too much

You will get a million different opinions to this question, I personally DO NOT, most every research article i have read have done limited studies like most studies do not have enough hard fact that support it either way. I do what works for me, some have better results eating back those calories but it didn't work for me…

I'm a professional photographer and one thing alot of my Models do before a shoot is DON'T chew gum, the gum collects air bubbles and when you swallow it will cause your tummy to bloat, Sounds funny but it's true :laugh:

Whole Grain Carbs are much better for you than white bread and white rice ect. But they still turn to sugar and if your really wanting to lose fat you have to limit grain carbs!!!!

Not at all, you can always be under carbs, Im the same way because I limit carbs from grains so its hard to get. As long as your getting enough for energy your ok :)

tachycardia isn't a medical issue but it is bothersome to me as i constantly felt my heart pounding, so the medication helped and I feel much better

I had tachycardia years ago and my Dr. put me on medication to slow my heart rate down, I had always felt my chest pounding at rest and the medication stopped it

Your Max Heart Rate is 183......... 220 - 37 = 183 You shouldn't train above 85% of your Max Heart rate and to burn nothing but fat you should train in the aerobic range 70% of your Max Heart Rate not anerobic range which is around 71 to 85% of your MHR so try and just go slower on the machine and keep your heart rate…

I think using a weight holding it with both hands over your head and behind your shoulders and lifting it up would have the least amount of stress on your shoulders
