Add some nut butter for protein and some ground flax seed for fiber and omega 3. Flax is very filling as well. I only use a table spoon of peanut butter. I also add 1 tbs old fashion oats.

Water with all meals and throughout the day. No other drinks. Veggies with every lunch and supper.

Made the mistake of eating Long John Silversfor supper. What was I thinking? Guess I'm done for tomorrow too. 1400 calories!

What type of exercise are doing.? That's alot of calories burned.

I use a mixing ball and this works really well. Mix it first thing in the morning, put it in the freezer while I get ready for work and drink it on the way to work. Taste really good. We'll see how it works. Just started using it.

I'm turning 50 in December and I said the same thing! This is going to be my best year. I have made little changes, like drinking water with my meals, pledged to eat a veggie with every meal, added some almonds for snacks and exercising. I never want to to to the gym, but if I go, I'm always glad I did. I also added some…
