Saw your post, would love to be friends. I started at 201 and now down to 181. At least 40 more pounds to lose. I'm on most days.

That's amazing, congratulations on your weight loss.
-
Totally awesome. You look like a completely different person. Well done.

What an amazing transformation ... can I ask how tall are you?

OMG you look amazing. As someone who has at least 40 pounds your story is incredibly inspiring and motivating. I know that I have to "stay the course" and it's great when someone like you shows me the result. All the best. PS And I'll be adding you as a friend :)

Congratulations! Thanks for sharing your story and providing me with a little more motivation.

I love those unexpected weight losses !! Congratulations on your 10 pound weight loss.

Can totally related. I'm 41 and I feel like my whole life has been negatively impacted by my weight. This stops NOW! I have 45-50 pounds to lose. I have bought a bike and now cycle to work and back everyday. Just completed by second 5K race on the weekend. I realize that this is a lifestyle change and not a diet, some days…

Interesting topic. I think I have many struggles but I think they can best be described as consistency. Consistency in terms of exercise, food and logging.

Hello there, I'm also a working mom of a 5-year. Lost 20 pounds two years ago and now back having regained most of it. We can do it together, will send friend request.

Well done. Thanks for sharing, I too get inspiration from the success stories.
-
Big difference! Congrats on your weight loss.

Great job! Well done. All the best with the remaining 60-70 pounds, you can do it!!!!!

Well done. Thanks for sharing your story.

First time around it was seeing a "2" as the first number on the scales. This time around it was buying a bike to commute to work and then realizing how much fun it is and how eating less and cycling 5 times a week plus running can really speed up weight loss. 10 pounds down in 2 months pretty happy!!!

OMG I love this post. It's so funny that we all think the same way. I too lost 20 pounds two years ago on MFP, then thought I could continue to lose weight without tracking. Needless to say, I'm in the process of losing those same 20 pounds (7 more to go!). I agree it's constant vigilance. It's like Food Anonymous, weight…

I'll send you a friend request momentarily .... anyone else, please feel free to add me!

Thanks for inspiring me today ... I'm 5'5" and 188.2, so this provides lots of motivation as you look fantastic!

Knock 'em dead at the wedding you're attending. You look amazing!

Starting again too. Lost 20 pounds two years ago and took two years to regain all but 3 of those pounds. Impressive huh! Will send a friend request.
-
Great. Thanks for asking! Welcome back, I'm also losing the same 10 pounds I lost precisely two years ago. All the best.

I love coffee too. Luckily only (perhaps?) with 10% cream. I'd love to be able to drink it black but with cream it tastes SO smooth!
-
Well done. What a difference.

I'll send you a friend request, I started at 201. I'm here every day. Anyone else, please free to add me, the more the merrier.

I should have added that I halve the recipe, and it's plenty for a couple of breakfasts!
