My husband started it two months ago and has lost 22 lbs. I personally don't think it is the healthiest diet out there.

152 (5'6 female), trying to get back to 142. I don't know on the others. :-O

43, and I exercise 30-45 minutes /4-5x a week.
-
I have an online business and spend a good amount of time in front of the computer. :-/ On weekends, my husband, kids and I take long walks (3-5 miles)...but it isn't consistent, where the 4x/week on my own is.
-
Darn. Lol (what would be considered "active" then)?
-
Thanks everyone. I am going to figure 80 cal burned per mile.

Problem is, my HRM reads higher. I have my height, weight and age plugged in. I don't on the treadmill. This morning, I walked for 40 minutes at 3.4 MPH -- distance of 2.3 miles. Treadmill says I burned 230 calories. HRM says 319. ??!

I guess maybe it's just hard for me? :-D

I am in awe. How to lose weight eating 2,000 cal/day? I think that's over my maintenance! :-O
-
This is me too. MFP gave me 1410 calories/day, and I can't do it. It's not enough. So I am set at 1600/day and also plan to eat back any exercise calories. I will lose at a slower rate , but I have only 10 lbs. to lose, so it's not a huge deal for me.

I'm the opposite. I can resist chips and the salty stuff, but put sweets near me and I have zero self control. :-/

From another thread here...oatmeal pb cookie dough balls. 5 tbsp quick oats 2 tbsp PB2 1 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips 1 packet Stevia 1 tsp vanilla 2-3 tbsp water Mix all and form into balls. Refrigerate about 30 minutes. This isn't the exact recipe posted, but this is how I do it. Delicious and filling! 225 calories.

350 calories on an oatmeal cream cookie from our local deli. Delicious and I still stayed within my daily calorie limit, but I could have had a cup of cookie dough ice cream (my favorite treat) for that. So, not a total waste, but I could have made a "better choice". ;)

I have the protein shakes made with cottage cheese often. I'm not sure if we're allowed to mention websites (?) She has some delicious shake recipes...strawberry cheesecake is my favorite. I'll post it if I hear it's okay to do. ;)

I'm at 150 right now (highest weight ever without being pregnant), trying to get back to 140 (where I had been for years). I'm 5'6.
-
I set my daily calorie goal to 1600. My TDEE is apparently 2100 (which seems like a lot). I'm 5'6/150 lbs. Can I lose 1 lb/week this way?
-
5'6/150/size 8 or 10 When I'm 140-145, I'm a size 8 (trying to get back there)!
-
Lol, I haven't been 119 since high school. :-D
-
5'6 and 152 lbs. Size 10 5'6 and 142 lbs. Size 8 is what I am aiming to get back to!
-
This might be lunch tomorrow...thanks!

Sounds good... I'll try it for breakfast tomorrow! :)
