It's a start! I started jogging for 2 mins at 3.0 on the treadmill and now I'm up to 3 mins at 4.3. Baby steps will get you there!

If you're eating processed foods, then you'll sodium content will be high. But overall, sodium doesn't have much effect on weight loss other than retaining water. On days that you do go over your sodium, counteract it with by drinking more water that day.

Right now this is my routine: 15 mins strength, 20 mins cardio and sometimes 5 mins abs. What about oatmeal? High on fiber and it only takes about 2 minutes to make. I like to add a 1/4 tsp of honey, cinnamon and if I have time I'll cut up strawberries.

Thank you all for your input! I definitely want to lose the weight as quickly as possibly so I would like to stick at 1200 calories to see faster results. I just didn't want my body going into starvation mode.
