So when I first stepped on the scale 4/2 first day had not weighed myself in a long while. I weighed 250 that is 20 pounds more then I thought. I am now 235 that is 5 pounds to my start weight lol. then my next goal is 200 that is the weight I was when I met my husband. Then just keep going down from there. I am excited…

Hi all My name is Stephanie. I am about to end week 3 still holding strong I think lol Still Learning flex meals so I can eat with my family. I have 2 kids 6 and 4 they are really the greatest I am trying different challenges on mfp to keep me motivated and it is working. Add me as a friend and we can work together

I don't remember how I came up with mine I think I got it from someone else but I log in 1 hour a day = 592 calories burned. Like I said I doubt that is accurate but I go with it my son is 10 months old so I am about to lower my time breastfeeding since he eats more food. That makes me sad I am going to lose my free…
