I would suggest that you ask your doctor for a referral to nutritionist. Low carb doesn’t necessarily mean keto. :smile:

Thank you! My first squat was good (not a state record, but white lights all around) and that's all you need. It's only if you miss all three that you're in trouble.

No you don't have to do all three lifts. I believe that with most meets you can sign up to compete in a single lift only. Some meets are only bench and deadlift to begin with. There are plenty of options for competing even if you don't want to do full powerlifitng.

Quick prep healthy is just about all I do anymore!
