I like my Fitbit Charge HR except that its not very feminine and kind of bulky. I checking out the Blaze, it looks amazing. It's still bigger than I would like but has some awesome features and you can switch out the bands.

I add 1/4 C of cottage cheese to my eggs in the morning before I scramble them. Sounds bizarre, but its really good! I also love tuna. Not the canned variety, but tuna steak. Pan seared tuna is awesome and a great source of protein!

I have been doing the Strong Lift 5X5 for about 3 months now. I too work out where it is mostly guys. I just put in my headphones and do what I need to do. I also do it 3 days a week but I'm not usually sore for that long. Are you drinking enough water and taking in enough calories especially protein?

Planks and side planks are excellent for core strengthening.

I just started on Beta this week. I love it! I have seen such an improvement in my endurance! I also lift heavy so I use this as my cardio on my non lifting days.

I've been doing T25 for 4 weeks and have lost 18 pounds. I enjoy it. Its intense but doable.
