I'm still a work in progress but I told myself once I hit the 20 lb loss mark I would post some pics. I just started the Beta part of T25 and I've been lifting heavy as well as cleaning up my eating. So here goes!

    I feel great! I'm off my blood pressure medicine, I'm less tired, less cranky, less cravings! Generally happier!
