I'm 28, 5'3, hoping to lose 60 lbs by end of May 2014 (my birthday). Already down 7 after about 6 weeks. I'm on my second week of 5:2, which is two days of fasting (eating at 500 cals those 2 days). I love it so far and have had great results! Everyone feel free to add!

Prior to trying 30DS, I had been doing cardio 3x a week and resistance band strength training 2x week, for several weeks. I started 30DS, but by the end of the day I was having pretty bad knee pain. I've had this at times, and once read somewhere that water can cause heartburn if consumed on an empty stomach. Maybe eat a couple of crackers first? I started watching calories and exercising 10/10. I lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks, but the scale has not budged since then. It's dissapointing, but I'm sticking with it. We will see!

I did 70ish days the first time around and saw great results. I just stopped...got tired, burnt out, whatever. I'm enjoying doing it with other cardio every other day. I feel strong!

28 yo 5'3 CW - 183 GW - 125 I have never wore a bikini either, but I sure as hell will next year! Hoping to lose 60 lbs my May 24th, by 29th birthday. That's about 1.9 lbs a week, so I gotta go strong. I'm down 3lbs already, and 3.5 inches in 3 weeks!
