Has anybody does this before? I read the reviews saying that people haven't had success with weight lose but rather losing inches. If you've done this before what were your results? I'm a stay at home mother so the gym is not an option.
Thanks guys!

I've done it off and on a few times and I have a friend that's a stay at home mom and she lost pounds doing it. That's her go to work out video. I like it and it is a work out especially if your not in shape.0

Do it right! You will see results!0 -
You do have to remember that what you lose in fat you gain in muscle and muscle outweighs fat. So look for visual difference not the tricky number on a scale0

Prior to trying 30DS, I had been doing cardio 3x a week and resistance band strength training 2x week, for several weeks. I started 30DS, but by the end of the day I was having pretty bad knee pain. If you decide to begin, I would definitely stretch and warm up more than what is on the video. I'm 28, never had a workout 'injury', and was already pretty used to workout routine before 30DS. My tweaked knee recovered in about a week, but I'm not trying it again. Better safe than sorry! Good luck!0

I tried this after seeing other posts about success. I used it the first time for almost 30 days straight, and have been using it off and on a few times a week as a regular workout. I love that the workouts only last around 20 minutes, and you really work up a sweat. I felt so much stronger after doing this workout. The first 30 days, I only got to level three on the last few days, but now I use all of the levels and modify if I have any knee pain (occasionally happens). I tried the Ripped in 30, but didn't like it as much. I definitely noticed a difference in my body, although more in the toning than the weight loss. Good luck!
PS I bought it on ebay for $5, if cost is an issue.0 -
I've done this program and I like it. I lost a little weight and saw more tone in my midsection. My problem is definitely following through on routine though, didnt make it to the later weeks. I can last a few weeks but always lose motivation no matter what program I am working on. I eat healthy, but the working out part is what i cant keep going. but a fitness program means nothing without a proper diet, so at least I have that component down It is also true though that you only get out what you put in. So whatever program you start, give it all that you have, you will see results.0
