3500 is about fat not weight, remember water weight etc. so for instance you eat a lot high sodium your weight can go up

YES if it's below maintenance u will loose weight, I have lost 21 lbs eating at roughly that and occasionally more May take longer but yes you can

I do not make any changes to the routine...I don't see why it should make a difference if I'm honest

a little bit of everything, I plan out most days or at least some of my meals If anything else I add just before or after I eat it Sometimes I wait til later in the day to do a whole count(I always have a rough count in my head though) x

i doubt your actually calculating your calories right. Plus having calories from dominos and cupcakes is not the way to do it lol
