Hi all,

I weighed myself for the first time in 6 months today and I have managed to gain 7lbs in that time. I was already massively overweight but this is the final straw. I work with a guy who is a foot taller than me who works out and I now weigh more than him!!! Enough is enough, time to start my weight loss journey
