Works for me too...0 -
Nothing. If its in there I will eat it. I only take what I want for the day and leave it in my car. If I want it I have to walk for it.0
-
Porridge pots, granola bars, belvita biscuits, cashew nuts, almonds, beef jerky, 4 graze boxes, jacobs oddities, various pieces of fruit and erm think that's all.0
-
No desk...but I have a trunk full of girl scout cookies under my night stand that is full of quest bars...0
-
Chili lime pistachios
Fiber One bar
Miso Soup0 -
Two cans of tuna and a couple protein bars. I've had my lunch break rained out too many times this summer to chance being without food. It's almost guaranteed to rain on the days where I forget my lunch or just don't pack one.0

- Flaked light tuna can with lemon and pepper
- Beef jerky
- Tamari almonds
- Unsalted cashews
- Microwave popcorn (snack format)
- Goldfish crackers
- Krispy kernels tex mex cocktail mix (nuts and spicy crackers)
- Maranatha organic and natural peanut butter
- Happy Bunny organic honey
- Lindt dark chocolate squares
- About 12 bottles of hot sauce
- Lots of bags from David's tea
I'm probably and hoarder, but I love to have different snacks on hand. A nice mixture of healthy and less healthy snacks.0 -
I love all these different ideas
D (hubby) makes a packed lunch for me every day, which is usually enough although I sometims arrive home more than a little peckish.
Sometimes the kind of work I do means I have to get in early, which means a silly early start, and sometimes a late finish, which means home just in time to eat and fall into bed. It all depends on what the Programme is doing and how close we are to missing a deadline :noway:
There're four vending machines on three floors, one of which is just sugary drinks, apart from two lots of water, and the rest is chocolate, sweets, and crisps. There's not a single even halfway healthy option, so after core hours there's no other option  , hence a small stash of healthy, tasty, and filling things in my bottom drawer0 -
Almonds
Johnsonville Bacon Jerky (shhhhhh...lol)

When I am in the office studying and working on programmes for clients I snack on:
* Sunflower or Pumpkin Seeds
* An Oh Yeah! Peanut Crunch protein bar
* 2 Sachets of USN Whey Protein Isolate
* A Couple of Packets of Beef Jerky or Billtong
* Some Sliced hard boiled egg
* A handful of Almonds
Just a few ideas to keep you snack happy at work!0 -
Lime chili almonds, Indian chai tea bags, small container of protein powder0
-
Natural apple sauce cups, oatmeal with protein powder and cinnamon in zip-locs, protein powder, and green tea!0
-
All-bran chocolate chip bars, a tin of Timmy's French Vanilla instant coffee (sometimes I need a pick-me-up) and an assortment of herbal teas.0
-
bananas, dried figs and low fat cereal bars - I always have to have a snack before a lunchtime run and I find if I have something late afternoon I eat less for dinner0
