    Tea, hot chocolate packets and hot cider packets. Sometimes my office is like a walk-in freezer and I need something hot to drink to keep me warm. Other than that... nothing. I pack/bring lunch each day and that's enough for me!

    Weetabix
    Strawberry & mango teabags
    Carte Noire ground coffee
    Cinnamon
    Celery salt
    Jar of hot chilli pepper flakes from my own plants (fatalii, habanero, lemon drop, smoked jalapeno)

    There's an emergency packet of oatmeal that's been in there for quite a while. I usually pack up and bring my food for each day. Having an abundance of stuff laying around is an excuse for me to eat when I'm not hungry.
