My Story - I'm 33 years old and 4 years ago I set out to lose 100lbs. I got to 82lbs down and then my husband and I were expecting our 4th child. I gained 16lbs in the first 5 weeks of pregnancy and lost the baby at 6 weeks. :-( I was trying to get back into things, but not doing a very good job. Last Christmas morning we…

Agreed...30DS is awesome, and, if you can find it, her Kickboxing Fast Fix is awesome too!

Get outside! I have a friend that is doing the C25K now and getting ready to run her first 5K in June. I did a Learn to Run program last spring (similar to C25K) and have since done 2 5K's and a 7.5K and am getting ready to run my first 10K in a couple weeks. Running outside is great and sooooo different from the…

I found this recicpe for homemade coffee creamer. It might be better in cals than the store bought stuff. I'm just not sure what the calorie count is on Sweetened Condensed Milk...worth a try I suppose... French Vanilla Coffee Creamer Ingredients: 14oz sweetened condensed milk 14oz milk (whole, lowfat, or skim - doesn't…

It's a workout DVD by Jillian Micheals. She does a 3-2-1 method...3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs. You do a warm up, 3 6minute circuts and a cool down. I started day 1 today and it's a good workout. I've also done her Ripped in 30 DVD which is very similar.

Done! I did 4 sets of 50 with a 30 second rest in between. I love challenges like this!

I just started it today, so I'm totally in!

When I first started, my second month weigh in, I gained 3lbs...it was definatley frustrating, but this time I didn't let it get the best of me and I am now down 74lbs. I've been at this for almost 3 years, and it's been soooooooooo worth it! Keep working hard and it WILL pay off!

I'm in for sure! Current weight is 208...goal weight by Feb 14 is 203...at this point, I think 5lbs in a month will be awesome for me!

My best 5K time so far is 30:41. I just started running last spring and have done 2 5K's and 1 7.5K. looking forward to running my first 10K in the spring!

Starting W3D1 today. Got weighed and measured this morning at Curves and in the past 2 weeks, I'm down a total of 3 inches! VERY happy with these results...although, I'm not gonna lie...I'm a little scared of what Week 3 has in store! Talk about a crazy butt kicking!
-
Started W2D1 yesterday. So happy "running man" is finished! However, now with the mountain climbers...ugh! Oh well, gotta keep getting thru it...maybe by W2D3 they'll be a little easier! Still loving it though and I feel great afterwards!

Welcome to MFP! Sounds like you've been doing a great job with the weight loss! I've lost 73 so far and it's been a hell of a battle. I just started running myself and ran my first 5K in May and am running 2 more races in the fall...1 is a 5K and 1 is a 7.5K...I'm FAR from a marathon yet...something to strive for though I…

I'd love to! I'm down 70lbs in almost 2 years now, but need some extra motivation to get the last of the weight off!
