I did the injections. Lost weight....40 pounds! they all came back. Counting calories now and it is much easier....may not be as fast, but I am not as cranky.

I can relate to this. I wish I had an answer for you. Maybe we will learn this together.......

My Daughter In Law did it for their 5th year anniversary.... My son was in GA doing AIT training at the time. She emailed a pic every hour to him on his phone! It was a big hit!! So do it!

When I was younger and weighed 120 lbs, my hip bones stuck out, but still wore a 7/8 jeans. you can carry more weight having proportionate figure! When I met my husband he made the comment to one of his friends about me being "wide" and that was when I was wearing a size 10. He almost did not become my husband! LOL.....

I have done it. Lost 40 pounds......gained 40 pounds....I did use it as a jump start on this site for a couple of weeks. Then started counting calories.....I am doing good without the HCG.....Also my hair is not falling out as fast as it was.

Walden Farms have several......they are no fat, sugar, carbs. It is a thin dressing, but really good!
