Well I don't eat 2000 calories, but I'm only 5'1. I'm actually joining a gym on Monday to start a lifting program by Jamie eason and I love food. I will never eat less than 1200. Lol. Feel free to add me. I'm all about gaining muscle than being skinny. And I can do 5 pull ups:-)

It's okay. Log and move on. I had chips and queso yesterday and today. I'm addicted. Lol. But it's just food. As long as you know okay I had chips my next snack will be apples your fine. Just don't let all your hard work come undone. It's just food. Food is nourishment for our bodies. Brush it off and live life!

In my opinion I feel at times is it. At 5'3 115 lbs it's seems you can do it at no problem, but Idk your activity level and lifestyle. Honestly unless your bedridden I still believe you shouldn't eat below 1200. But it's all a matter of opinion.

I'm 5'1 and eat between 1350-1450 calories and on weekends I enjoy the occasional hamburger or ice cream. I always eat back my calories and NEVER EVER eaten under 1200. If your maintaining and eating that amount then your fine. Mfp gives an estimate. Depending on your activity level outside of working out it's your body that determines your calorie goal. If you find you are starting to gain weight then cut back 100 calories. But again if your maintaining then you should be fine.
