Add me!:D I'm 5'6", 125ish lbs (I fluctuate a lot between 124 and 128) and my 'dream' goal is 115 but my more realistic goal is 120. I say that because even 120 lbs is difficult for me to maintain, but it would be nice if someday I was able to get even lower than that. Btw You have a beautiful body! My chest is so flat now…

Right here! :) I'm on day 10 of the lean program for multiple reasons. First, I tried the classic and it was a bit too much for me right now and my heaviest weights are only 6 lbs. Also, I love cardio so lean just seemed like a plan I could stick to for 90 days. Once im done with all 90 days, I might go out and get some…

Well today I did Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X, and I certainly don't think that I burned over 500 calories through that. I can't do as many reps as they can, and it's mostly push ups and pull ups for Chest and Back. But at the same time, if I really am burning that much then I don't want to miss out on the exercise…

Yeah:) for me, a big part of it is realizing I'm not perfect, but striving to make my bad days as less frequent as possible :) it's all about self control, and training myself to eat what I like if I'm craving it, but IN MODERATION. And if I can't stop? Get over it and get back on track the next day. :)

Like, do I up my calorie intake to 1500 and just forget exercise calories, or do I up my intake to 1500 and add "circuit training" as a p90x workout, eating back those calories plus my initial 1500? Thanks so much:)
