Logging P90X Workouts

Hey guys!:) I'm having a little confusion over how to log my p90x workouts. I don't have a heart rate monitor. So I don't know how many cals I'm burning. I've been using mfp's built-in "circuit training" option under the cardiovascular section in my diary each day, but the problem with this is I don't know if I should be entering in the full workout time (including warm up and cool down,) or sorta guessing at subtracting a few minutes from the time I enter (so that I'm not cheating and giving myself extra calories for work I didn't do.). I hope this makes sense. Please help.

I'm curious too. I'm starting it today and I don't have a HRM either.0

I've been including the warm ups and cool down.0

Well today I did Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X, and I certainly don't think that I burned over 500 calories through that. I can't do as many reps as they can, and it's mostly push ups and pull ups for Chest and Back. But at the same time, if I really am burning that much then I don't want to miss out on the exercise calories I would get as reward...more input, please?0

Just an example using a HRM.
P90X Cardio
44 minutes
472 Calories
P90X Arms Shoulders plus Ab Ripper
73 minutes
669 Calories
Now of course it will depend on your age and weight.0
