320➡️138➡️174. Managed to lose 5lbs in the last 2 months. All lbs lost since my highest weight done naturally. Depression, anxiety, constant hunger and loss of motivation caused me to not give AF and gain weight. My goal weight this time around is 153. I will get there one day! You will get to where you want to be one day…

Instead of running errands or doing chores on my day off today (working tom) I sat in my pjs catching up with the last season of keeping up with the kardashians

Wrong. Burnout and depression amongst social workers is a growing problem. [/quote] Speaking as a licensed SW I will agree with this statement

You are not alone. I definitely have noticed if I eat low carb I'm able to stick within my calorie goals but as soon as I allow myself that one bowl of cereal or bread it just all goes down hill...

Same problem cost me to gain 15 over my goal:/

You can definitely do it! Use all your resources, eat at a reasonable deficit, get in some exercise, and be prepared for the weight to come off slowly and you will get to your goal! I lost 180 lbs without surgery but it took me 3.5 years due to binge eating tendencies. If you develop strong discipline skills weight gain is…

This. So I lost 180 lbs naturally, got too thin gained more weight then I had intended too and now struggling to get off 15lbs for the last year. I've gotten burned out from eating healthy and working out. Once you reach your goal weight by that time you develop discipline which keeps the weight off. For me though i went…

I lost 180 lbs naturally gained back 25lbs and am struggling to lose the 13lbs I need to feel confident again. Junk food makes me happy and depressed at the same time. Motivation is key in my case and I don't have it at this point. Maybe try aiming for a very slow weightloss, add moderate exercise like walking, and allow…

Have a gourmet mini cupcake and a glass of wine. Take an hour walk. Easy to fit birthday treats in for the day. Happy birthday!

I was very thin at 128lbs @5'9 and had to gain some to look healthy and now I gained too much at 152lbs looking not fat but not at my best either. I wanna lose 8 lbs again but it's so hard to get my body off of junk food again:/

I lost 180 lbs naturally and gained back 25 lbs in the last year due to binging as a method for coping with my depression. It's tough:/

I could have written this post myself! After I graduated from grad school last May, due to life stressors and loss of my core group of friends I gained 25 lbs in the last year due to depression. This is after I lost 180lbs naturally. I'm a binge eater and with depression it makes it really hard for me to maintain my weight…

You sound like me minus the getting married part. I have depression, BED, gained 10 lbs and and don't have motivation for losing weight anymore. That's so great you are getting married! I don't have a significant other and at this point I'm starting to think I never will...

Speaking from a 20 something female who lost 182 lbs there are pros and cons to weight loss. Yes I lost all that weight and many things I can do now that I couldn't do before. However, my mental health and body image is very poor. The tire of skin I carry around where my stomach should be will not go away no matter how…

Lose the 10 lbs I've gained in the last year by recommitting myself to the healthy lifestyle habits I used to religiously follow that helped me lose 180lbs. Back to gym most days, cutting out grains/sugar, strictly counting calories and preventing binge days.

This sounds like it's coming straight from my mouth! Although having a boyfriend seems like a nice idea, the possibility of having to eventually show him my body terrifies me. I also don't have much dating experience in general so I'm kind of hopeless for now...

Yes! I'm also 5'9 and although my goal weight was 145, I unintentionally got down to 138lbs. My family and pretty much anyone I have met who doesn't know me, make comments on how I'm too thin or bony etc. This caused me to put on weight just to please everyone. I wanted to get back to 145 but due to stress from…

I'm 25:) I used to weigh 320lbs and got all the way down to 142 @ a height of 5'9. It took me 4 years. I'm trying to maintain at 145 but it's been hard. I workout and walk a lot but also have Binge Eating Disorder so my weight fluctuates between 145-150. I'm trying to get down to 145 again. I'm tired of gaining water…
