I'm a little nervous too. I took a little mini vacation this week with my boyfriend and my family and didn't eat all that great. Hoping to at least maintain my weight from last week and not gain anything. Guess we will see tomorrow morning!

I did it last year and had some success with it but I would not do it again. It is too expensive and I have gotten better results by just working out and watching what I eat.

Jillian Michael's workout dvds are awesome. You might have to modify some of the moves because of your knee, but I'm sure they would still be a great workout!

I'm doing Jillian Michael's 6 week 6 pack and I still try and run 4 times a week. This is my second time doing the shred so I thought I would add some other exercise in. The first time I did the shred and nothing else.

Today was day 8 for me on Level 1..so two more days and I am going to attempt level 2. Not sure exactly what to expect, level one was not as bad as I thought it was going to be so hopefully level 2 isn't that bad either!
