Has anyone done this? My friend did it and lost quite a bit, but geesh, soooo spendy!!

Any opinions?

    I did it last year and had some success with it but I would not do it again. It is too expensive and I have gotten better results by just working out and watching what I eat.

    I've done this and still use some of their products. I like the cleanse which you can do every 3 months and I use Spark. There's just too many pills in the MNS packs!! It is pricey that's why I've just been using products I feel I get the most out of. Hope this helps!
