    I did it this morning.
    Variation 1 - but I changed the last bit to match one I found elsewhere.
    100 jumping jacks
    90 crunches
    80 squats
    70 leg lifts
    60 jumping jacks
    50 crunches
    40 squats
    30 leg lifts
    20 jumping jacks
    10 pushups

    I may change and try variation 2 tomorrow because I liked that but I just need something that burns a bit more!

    i did the 2nd variation this morning as a warm up before my run and it took me 18:57 to complete. based off of my hrm, i burned 147 calories. i used 2 8lb weights. thanks for sharing, i enjoyed the workout and got a good sweat. :)

    If push ups are a challenge...try changing the angle...start with incline with hands against a wall...after you get acclimated to that position..(a few days or weeks...) try with your hands on a heavy sofa or bench..eventually you will build up the strength you need to do standard push ups...check the book "You are your own gym" for pics
