Mmm avacado is delicious as a side disk- you can even add some chili powder on it! Low carb, high fat goodness

Honestly, weight lifting is your best bet when it comes to losing inches off your waist. Try moves such as the deadlift, kettle bell routines, squats, etc to really build muscle in your midsection. Of course, you need to do cardio as well. Focus on doing HIIT cardio (look up online), it is very effective in burning off…

Thank you for this, I struggle heavily with binge eating. I am looking forward to reading this!

AMAZING!!! So inspirational! :)

OMG I totally feel yah! I have been binging nonstop the past few days and tomorrow I'm starting on here again. I am going to bed extra early tonight to aid my digestion. I suggest drinking lots of water and the food should be digested within 12-15 hours of the last time you ate.

Hey guys :) Always love new friends! Add me <3

What usually causes me to overeat is when I have these self-hatred thoughts. I am constantly comparing myself to other people, so when a skinny girl walks by it makes me feel so bad about myself that I just tell myself that I will never look like her so I end up binging or overeating. Stress honestly doesn't make me…

Hi! I use the jawbone up 24! I love it so far. It took awhile for me to get used to wearing something in my wrist all day but so far it's been great! I heard the fitbit flex is also great. The jawbone is pretty expensive which is why it's not as popular as other trackers but so far it works great :) my only complaint is…

^^^Amen to this! I watched one show and immediately called BS on him! He acts so condescending to his audience. Im surprised he is still on! I guess its because this country is still ignorantly giving into the billion dollar industry of diet fads :P that crap should just be outlawed.

Well I know nothing about circuit training or anything in regards to that, I just know how to move my body :D But hey, it honestly looks great to me. If it is working for you and you are seeing progress then I say to continue with it! A lot of people on here are going to tell you that you should do it this way or that way,…

Can I substitute the burrito for fajitas? :)

Wow, you all look so amazing! :) You are all such an inspiration and are all so beautiful! Lets celebrate our bodies instead of constantly comparing them to other people's bodies. <3 you are fabulous!

OMG this post is amazing :) I love my diet coke, to be honest. I have tried not drinking it, but hell.... why spend my life worrying about something that may give me cancer?? I love you so much for making me feel less guilty about enjoying this simple life pleasure :)
