I generally hate traditional breakfast foods so I don't really like breakfast. Today I had a chocolate strawberry protein shake. Optimum Nutrition chocolate powder, almond milk and strawberries. Somedays just a yogurt.

My smoothies are usually Optimum Nutrition protein powder, almond milk and a cup of strawberries or other fruit. So it's less the fruit and more disguising the protein powder for me.

That's a good idea but it won't wok for those of us that have side by side refrigerators. That only works if the freezer's at the top or bottom. :(

You lose weight in the kitchen. But exercise helps you lose weight faster. It also gives you some extra calories to work with so yu can eat a bit more. Plus, working out helps get your body into better shape.

I weigh in all the time, but I only keep track of it once a week. The scales right in front of me in the bathroom so it's a bad habit to weigh in often. I only consider Saturday the day I keep track of. If I go up on my period week but only a little I just don't worry about it. The trend is that it evens out after i'm off.…

I have a 9 or 10 lbs float myself. I just pick a time of day and day of the week and keep track of that. I only worry about the actual number on a monthly basis. As long as I go down in weight every month that's all that matters.

Ouch, 1200 is brutal. If you can pick up some hobbies to keep yourself busy you might not notice how hungry you are. Are you eating filling foods?
