I've never been and there's one a block from my house. I'm definitely adding it to the list! Thanks for the tip.

This week I'm trying to cut down on my PB2 consumption , so I tried mixing natural peanut butter with coconut oil and a little stevia to sweeten. Makes great fudge!

Looks like I missed posting in week 3. Where did the week go? 1. Under 40 carbs a day -check. 2. No sugar at all in January -check 3. Yoga every day -this one I'm putting on hold. I discovered that the yoga was the source of my knee pain, most likely due to improper form. Instead I'm doing the 30 day squat challenge as…

I took @GaleHawkins approach when I stalled in the fall. I had dropped the first 35 lbs pretty rapidly, then nothing. I took it as a sign that my body needed some adjustment time so I just stuck with my same foods and indulged a little here and there over the holidays. When I went back to strict LCHF after the new year, I…

1. Under 40 carbs a day -check. Much easier to stick to now that I'm back in keto. 2. No sugar at all in January -so far so good. 3. Yoga every day -took 1 rest day yesterday, but I'm keeping up with this a little better now. 4. Clean or declutter something every day -I've actually stuck with this! My house has never been…

That gave me an idea though... I was gonna try mixing the PB2 with coconut cream, but it looks like I ran out. Oh, well.

I do the same thing! It's my go-to sweet fix. I do add a little water with the CO. But omg those Nutrisystem meals! Blech!

For me a handful of almonds every day tends to keep things moving. But I also just discovered quite by accident that MCT oil ( or fractionated coconut oil, got it at target) is a mild laxative. I added some to my coffee in the morning and in the afternoon things were definitely moving!

Oh, wow. I totally forgot about that stuff. And the "I can't believe it's not butter" spray?
-
Good to know. I'm definitely a convert now!

Interesting - I tried it again today ( 2 tbsp) and nothing! It must've been what I had for lunch yesterday, then. Or maybe the combo of the 2? Regardless, I had crazy energy today and didn't feel like eating until after 3. Not bad!

Congratulations on the test! That sounds pretty killer. My radiation therapy boards were similar- lots of math you only need to know to pass the yest, then never use in daily life. Good luck on the next round! Keep us posted!

Yeah, that makes sense. I'll definitely have to read up on it.

@Sunny_Bunny_ -I don't really, not with any regularity, but I already get plenty of dairy in my diet that most days I'm over the RDA. Occasionally I throw in a calcium pill because the Dr recommended them when I had my stress fracture, and I still have so many left. I'm definitely going to lay off them now and get better…

@GaleHawkins - I never even thought about the grains angle. I'll give that a shot. @Sunny_Bunny_ - that makes so much sense! I might lay off the calcium supplements since I'm getting plenty of dairy anyway, and make sure I get my full dose of mg. @SoosannahK - yeah, same here. I started taking it for the Charley horses,…

1. Under 40 carbs a day -so far so good. I might have gone over yesterday, after I discovered the meat I had cooked for dinner was actually bad and I ended up eating almonds for dinner instead, but the rest of the week I was on track. 2. No sugar at all in January -so far so good. 3. Yoga every day -had to take a few days…

I've used Isopure zero carb before. It's pretty good. The vanilla has 105 calories per scoop, zero carbs, 1 G fat, and 25g protein, and also has a few vitamins and minerals thrown in.

I always try to keep tuna salad made. That plus some pork rinds for a little crunch is a good quick meal, esp. at work when I can't get away to eat a proper meal. Also, all recipes.com has a turkey sausage recipe that's good. I make up a whole pound of turkey's worth, and keep them in the fridge for a quick breakfast. Cook…

Happy New Year, everyone! I've been way off track since Thanksgiving, so my main goal for January is to get back on track and stick to under 40 carbs a day. No sugar at all in January. Yoga every day. Clean or declutter something every day. My goal for the year is to lose another 40 lbs and get to my goal of 148 by my July…

I started out intending to do Atkins 40 but found that I didn't need that many carbs once I figured out what I liked to eat on this WOE. Eventually I started eating 20 total carbs a day but found that to be too restrictive. Looks like Atkins 20 is just right for me.
-
Haha that's exactly how I feel! Give me cheese any day.

I'm just like you- I never got rid of clothing before. Now I do! We are never going back!
-
That looks amazing!

So far so good. Down to 180.8 this am, so only 6.2 lbs left. Tried making my own chicken to throw on my salad, and loved it. Definitely a new staple, and without the carb count of my old favorite. Boullion broth for breakfast, convict conditioning done for the day, carbs under 20, and no grains. Now I just need to take my…

Just found this thread today. Count me in! It's back to basics for me too -- I've been at a "stall" for the past two months, which I finally traced to two new foods that kicked me out of keto. Turns out it wasn't a stall after all, just a little carb creep. I cut them out last week, and now I'm losing again. So, my goals…

I didn't think about the Asian market! Lol. If whole foods doesn't have it I'll check there. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I had to put the program on hold. One of the HIIT workouts tweaked my knee, so I took a few days off and now I'm doing one of their barre videos. I like the FBbooty strength workouts, but those HIIT ones are brutal! I already had bad knees from my running days, though. I might give it another go when I…

I second the sodium! I slacked off on drinking daily boullion broth, and before I knew it the cravings started creeping back in. And sodium before a workout is a must. Also, even on the days you don't feel like eating much, make sure you still get plenty of sodium, especially in the beginning. Don't slack off on tracking!…

I just started FBbooty and like it so far. I was thinking of doing FBfit after that. How are the workouts?
