I have a week's holiday coming up this month - so will go for 70 miles this month - argh. Will try and update more often.

Just managed to complete 66.78 miles of 65 miles (Thank goodness for the bike and recent good weather!).

38.23 out of 45 miles - done so far. (16.09 miles - walking, 3.22 miles - cycling) This week I have been getting off the train a stop early and walking the rest of the way home - tired...but happy!

My goal for April is: 20 miles. As I only joined My Fitness Pal on 18th April I'm not sure how much exercise I can do between now and the end of the month, so I'm putting down a figure to see how it goes - ready for May. So far: 18th: 2.29 (jog) 19th: 7.63 (walk) 21st: 4.20 (walk)
