    After driving for 23 hours of the last 2 days I have arrived at my home in Florida with my husband and 2 dogs. Tired but happy to be home. Sorry no miles but those in the car.

    Glad you're back home Janet, and NY Marathon sounds amazing! I'd love to spectate there someday if not run it.

    Friday after work I ran week 5 day 3 of couch to 5k for a total of 3 miles. Saturday morning, ran (ish) a 5k with my Girls on the Run group (3.43 miles). After the GOTR event, I stopped at the gym to get my shoulder PT out of the way and ended up getting in an hour on the stationary bike for 15.27 miles.

    38.23 out of 45 miles - done so far.

    (16.09 miles - walking, 3.22 miles - cycling)
    This week I have been getting off the train a stop early and walking the rest of the way home - tired...but happy!

    Is there such a thing as carlag? I was so tired and sluggish all day. No miles I'm afraid even though it was a gorgeous day here in Florida.
