Go to Salem, Ma as well. Lots to see and do (if ya into witchcraft). If ya have time (not historical) but go to the MIT Museum. Fanueil Hall is a good shopping spot. Mueseum of science is fun for the kids.

Seems like the fitbit is more popular than the Garmin, any reasons why?

Mine is simple, every vegetable, mushroom I have in a wok with "Kabuto" Stir fry sauce and "Mae Ploy" sweet chili sauce. I cook up a 4 oz chicken, or pork on the side for a little protein. I find using avocado oil (sparingly) allows me to use a higher heat for a crisper finish..

Hi Kim, I am 60 going on 30 and falling apart.. Constantly struggling with eating wrong and a lousy 20 pounds plus or minus.. Add me if you like honest motivation combined with witty commentary..
-
Hi Anna, I love getting and giving motivation, add me if you like witty commentary combined with motivation.
-
I'm on the yo-yo diet too.. :(

I was the same way, my solution was to bring the gym home. Everything I need is home now and in my face everyday. Worked for me.. Find your path and walk it, there is always a way if ya really want it. add me if you like.

Not sure how accurate my Garmin is when it comes to Calories burned, anyone else question it?
-
You can do it.. 6-1/2 lbs a month, easy stuff.. Be strong and get it done.. Here to helpp if ya need it...
-
When I look at the challenges and I am not in first place even though realistically I might not be able to do it. It motivates me to try harder.. I walked the graveyard today in the rain twice and got almost 800 steps.. not much but better than none. Thanks for the help.

Stop trying to lose weight and start changing the way you eat, a healthier lifestyle will get it done and keep it done. Logging will then just be a helpful tool for calories and knowing your eating the right foods. Take your time, get healthy not just thinner.. add me if ya like.

Thanks guys, done..

I make a huge effort to motivate people so add me if you like daily commentary and motivation... I am on every day.
