I discovered a new way to control my evening eating and my GF is down with it. We both enjoy cuddling, foreplay, etc. The trick is to make it last, holding each other, flirting and slowly over time migrating to the bedroom, or front porch or driveway, hell wherever.. Spread em
From jellys and jams to butter and honey I spread them all.. One of my favs: 2 sticks butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup honey, 2 tsp cinamon.. soften, mix and yummy.. Great on everything but go easy..

Crispy seaweed snack

Love made me fat!
When I was looking for love, i was in good shape, I found love and low and behold, let the pounds begin, I lost my love and back on the road to fit..So I ask of you, was it laziness on my part or was it loves fault.. Hmm, If i stay single will I remain fit?

Eat more, lose weight!
Maybe it was obvious to some, but not to me. Apparently I was starving myself and went into starvation mode because the less I ate the longer I stayed the same. I increased my intake started dropping again. :)

Belly fat to abs?
I am almost at my weight goal but still have a belly, I want my abs to show but have a back issue (spondylolisthesis). My friend said no exercise necessary, just lose the weight until they show again. That sounds like a dream come true, is he correct?

Fat biker problems
After a 300+ mile road trip yesterday I was starving, now biker events are surely not known for their health conscious food choices so there in lies the problem, what to eat. Cheeseburgers, hot dogs and pizza oh my! Yup, yesterday I over indulged, big time! Today I will do better. Living the dream.

Struggling
Can't seem to get this done, Hit a plateau, threw my back out and stuck.. Can't exercise, staring at the fridge and stuck at the same weight. Lord this is tough.. Any suggestions?

Yes I had a pizza!
I broke down and had a slice of pepperoni pizza for lunch and got so calorie conscience from it I starved the rest of the day. Still met my goal though. Just saying..

Guessing calories?
Why is it 90% of the places I go to eat don't have a clue how many calories they are serving but McDonald's does. I wish there was some sort of mathematical equation that I understood on how to determine actual calories of some of these Foods.
