Can't seem to get this done, Hit a plateau, threw my back out and stuck.. Can't exercise, staring at the fridge and stuck at the same weight. Lord this is tough.. Any suggestions?

Well if you're injured you have to let that heal. I was always told when plateauing shake up your fitness routine and it worked for me. If I was focusing more kn cardio switch the focus to more toning and weight type exercises. Or vice versa. Change up your diet too. Just keep plugging away you'll get there but heal your back first. I've back issues and they suck and I didn't let an injury heal properly and thst sucks too1
