I discovered a new way to control my evening eating and my GF is down with it. We both enjoy cuddling, foreplay, etc. The trick is to make it last, holding each other, flirting and slowly over time migrating to the bedroom, or front porch or driveway, hell wherever.. No thoughts of eating even enter my mind. Try it, it's working for me, what is working for you?
