Just tried my first organic kombucha (trilogy) hope it's as good as it says.

Aids Digestion and Gut Health. Because it's naturally fermented with a living colony of bacteria and yeast, Kombucha is a probiotic beverage. This has a myriad of benefits such as improved digestion, fighting candida (harmful yeast) overgrowth, mental clarity, and mood stability.

I drink kombucha when I have extra money. I find the Trilogy one is too carbonated. Ha ha.

If I am drinking it every day for 2+ weeks I notice a difference in gut health, but otherwise I only drink it because it feels like an indulgent treat. :)

I can't seem to find one I like. In fact, it actually gives me heartburn.

How long have you been drinking it? Did you have positive results?

What kind of difference? Less pain? Less bloating?

I like kombucha. In moderation. Sometimes I get histamine reactions to it, but that's just because I have a problem with processing histamine. As for gut health. I find a good quality kefir to be even better. Also things like raw sauerkraut is another option.
